Strategy Execution

Why leaders bring me in

As organisations get leaner and AI accelerates execution, most problems no longer show up as lack of capability or effort. They show up later as rework, late architectural corrections, escalation, and loss of trust.

I am brought in when leaders sense that teams are moving fast, decisions look sound, but alignment, ownership, and risk are no longer keeping up and the cost of finding out too late is high.

My work focuses on preventing misalignment from scaling as speed increases.

How I work

I do not start with frameworks or transformation programs. I start by observing how work actually flows and where it breaks under pressure.

I look at how priorities are set and changed, how much work is in progress, where ownership is explicit and where it is only assumed, and how teams stay aligned as speed and autonomy increase.

Most organisations already have this information. What is missing is the distance and neutrality to see how speed, incentives, and human dynamics interact and where misalignment quietly increases.

My Services

Alignment Risk Diagnostic

A fast, focused assessment of where faster execution will hold and where it is likely to turn into rework, escalation, or late correction.

  • Observe prioritisation, WIP, and value-stream structure
  • Identify where ownership, alignment, or interpretation breaks
  • Detect where friction is missing, suppressed, or misdirected
  • Surface leading indicators of rework, burnout, and escalation

What you get:

  • A clear map of where alignment will break first
  • Concrete risks tied to execution and cost
  • No generic maturity scores

This is not a cultural assessment. This is purely operational and provides observable patterns of work and interaction that lead to rework, escalation, burnout, or costly late corrections.

Lean Speed & Alignment Design

Hands-on design of how smaller, faster teams stay aligned as AI accelerates work:

  • Value-stream boundaries and team interfaces
  • Decision and alignment forums (not meetings — interfaces)
  • Feedback loops and escalation paths WIP limits and prioritisation mechanisms
  • Where and how productive friction is required

What you get:

    • Faster flow with fewer late corrections
    • Clear ownership without micro-management
    • Reduced escalation
    • More resilient execution under stress

Decision Resilience Support for Executives

Fast decisions scale fast including their consequences.

I work with executives during high-stakes phases where AI, data, and speed increase confidence, but also increase the cost of misalignment. The focus is not better analysis, but making sure decisions can hold once they scale. This support concentrates on:

  • clarifying who truly owns risk when decisions span teams and systems
  • stress-testing assumptions before they turn into late correction
  • exposing hidden disagreement early, while it is still cheap to address
  • distinguishing execution issues from alignment and judgment issues

The benefit: Fewer reactive escalations, fewer late reversals, and decisions that remain stable under pressure. Not just convincing in the moment.
