For over 20 years, I have worked with numerous leadership and product teams in large corporations some of them being at the top 3 DAX companies in Germany. During this time, I have facilitated more than 100 workshops across various contexts, including vision and strategy development, team building, retrospectives, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement.
Specialising strengthening relationships within teams, I have had the privilege of supporting hundreds of teams in their development journey. Working with diverse companies and industries has provided me with a wealth of rich insights and experiences about team dynamics from which my customers benefit.
