We continue by helping them define their vision for the future as well as their fears that could come true.
By reflecting on forces that support the positive vision and on forces that are against we help people to engage and focus on what matters.
After having heard different voices, people brainstorm about different strategies and actions that are necessary or can be done differently and can be used to drive the strategy of the change.
This way participants create together a first change-canvas that can be utilized in an act-inspect-and-adapt manner for strategical decisions in the future and get united and inspired to work together in order to achieve a shared vision and support change initiative.
